VERSA is a computerized machine equipped with an up to date database containing codes and cutting parameters that could work in stand alone mode and linked to the INSTACODE software powered by W.H.Software.

VERSA reads the cuts of the keys using an innovative electronic tracer and founds the corresponding codes.

VERSA is equipped with 4 standard jaws set, specific for all the automotive keys and a master jaw for cylinder. Jaws are designed to facilitate an accurate positiong of the keys and automatic set-up/identification.

With VERSA, cutting is extremely fast. It takes few seconds to duplicate one side of the key, thanks to the new spindle that operates at 28.000 RPM that guarantees high quality cutting.
For dimple keys VERSA produces a 3D cut by an innovative technology of 3 axes interpolation mode.
